The pulp of this fruit is white to yellow and it has a high amount of oil which can be used in kitchen as oil or juice for example. Moreover, it is used to produce Bacaba wine and prepared the same way as Açaí: Taking out the brown pulp and mixed with sugar and Tapioca. It tastes similar to avocado. The seeds are used to feed animals, the leaves in house interiors and the trunks in construction.
